Rapidly Rotating Records Show – May 7, 2017

Welcome to Rapidly Rotating Records, bringing you vintage music to which you can't *not* tap your toes, from rapidly rotating 78RPM records of the 1920s and'30s.

On Saturday, May 20, the Art Deco Society of Los Angeles will host the 15th annual Avalon Ball in the Catalina Casino Ballroom. Complete information is on the Society's website at www.adsla.org. And in honor of the Avalon Ball, we're going to several balls on this week's show. We're also going to lie down and go to sleep, celebrate the birthdays of J. Fred Coots and Vic Berton and look for a glimmer of hope. Several records on this week's show are making their RRR debut, so let us know which is your favorite.
