Welcome to "Rapidly Rotating Records," Glenn Robison's weekly, one hour radio program of "toe-tapping music from rapidly rotating 78RPM records of the 1920s and 30s", broadcast Sunday evenings at 6:00 PM over KISL FM 88.7 Avalon.
This week's show is from November 13, 2011, but if you're a more recent listener, or for some inexplicable reason you missed that show, then it's new to you. And, even if you heard it then, it's been a while and is worth hearing again. On the show we'll try to keep from getting electrocuted, we'll celebrate Richard Whiting's birthday, do some thinking, play in the snow and hear from some sheiks.
As always, just click on the link below to instantly listen streaming online and/or download the show. A number of records are making their RRR debut and your comments, topic suggestions and requests are always welcome. Let us know what your favorite record is this week.
Enjoy the show!
