Welcome to Glenn Robison’s Rapidly Rotating Records, bringing you vintage music to which you can’t *not* tap your toes, from rapidly rotating 78 RPM records of the 1920s and ’30s.

This week’s edition of the show consists of just four segments instead of the usual five, but don’t worry, there’s the same amount of great music and interesting information in store,We won’t be hearing it by Earl Fuller’s Famous Jazz Band as pictured on the sheet music above, but we will be hearing “Sliding Sid” played by the Victor Military Band to start off a “sliding” segment. We’ll start off the show by celebrating Herman Finck’s birthday with four of his compositions.  We’ll do some trumpeting in the third segment and finish things up by taking a musical trip on Route 66 and a couple of other routes.
